Description / Workflow

Approach enabling the simultaneous quantification of a limited number of proteins by monitoring multiple specific peptides per protein (SRM, PRM). These methods are more specific and sensitive than global approaches and require development for each target protein.

Requirements / Constraints

• Protein must be detectable by LC-MS/MS (pilot experiment required)
• Sufficient number of specific peptides for the protein of interest
