Hydrogen–Deuterium Exchange

Description

We begin with digestion tests using a purified protein to determine optimal conditions for achieving comprehensive sequence coverage of the target proteins.
Subsequently, depending on the system under study and the corresponding biological questions, deuteration times are determined and acquisitions are performed (approximately 24 hours per condition), followed by data analysis.
