Ella (ProteinSimple)

Description

With sub-picogram sensitivity, a dynamic range spanning over four orders of magnitude, and reproducibility comparable to the best laboratory automation systems, the Ella (ProteinSimple) platform delivers highly reproducible and validated data with minimal hands-on time in as little as 90 minutes. Available cartridges enable triplicate analysis of 16 to 72 samples, allowing simultaneous quantification of 1 to 8 analytes using a breakthrough microfluidics-based technology.

Quantification can be performed on human or murine biological fluids, as well as on cell culture samples.

Requirements / Constraints

• Some sample types have not been validated by ProteinSimple R&D and therefore require preliminary testing (detection and dilution).
• Services are limited to analytes for which cartridges are already available. Development of new Ella assays is possible but requires significant optimization and must be part of a large-scale R&D project.
