PPM : Site FPP (IGF)

The Functional Proteomics Platform (FPP), specialized in high‑resolution mass spectrometry, offers cutting‑edge technologies and expertise dedicated to protein identification, protein quantification, differential analysis (with or without labeling), and protein partner discovery. The platform is also equipped with a mass spectrometer dedicated to structural proteomics, enabling the study of protein–protein and protein–ligand interactions as well as their structural dynamics under native conditions.
